Our New membership database is now active for you to login, update your information and pay your dues.

Our members can access their records to confirm accuracy, as well as update things such as rank, department, home address, etc.  As always you will be able to pay your dues online, and a subscription feature is available to pay your dues automatically each year.  This will be available in November & December.  This is mainly because our membership cycle is a calendar year.

Our membership is per calendar year so the system will send out email reminders starting towards the end of each year.  It will provide you with links to pay your dues right then and there or you can go directly to the website in your browser (iapsnj.org) and click the “Members” button.

“Login” to the website, create a password, and check or update your information.  Therefore it is imperative that you are logged in with your email address.  As well as being able to receive other IAPSNJ info.

If you have trouble logging in the first time,  let us know HERE
Too many passwords to remember,  see below.

In Addition to logging into the new system,  Please, Also subscribe at iapsnj.org/mc-email.  Use only one email address and please do not use your department email.

Any questions,  let us know at membership@iapsnj.org.

NOTE:
All PayPal recurring payments have been cancelled.  The new system will have that feature available and the current subscriptions were cancelled to insure no Duplicates.   If you had already paid with your recurring payment before they were cancelled,  your dues were posted for 2026.  You can check in your portal.

Passwords:
With all the Phishing* going on,  a good password is important.  A good password vault is also important.  Try Keeper Security,  That’s what our Director of Communications has been using for more than 10 years.  Use this link and sign up.  There is a free & paid tier.  There is a Family Plan where you can share certain passwords with family members, such as the Netflix password,  https://keeper.io/r/UNJI51G.    You can use it on mobile or your computer.  It integrates into Chrome or other browsers to easily fill in usernames & passwords.

What is Phishing?
Phishing is a cybercrime where attackers impersonate trusted entities via deceptive emails, texts, or websites to trick individuals into revealing sensitive personal information like passwords, credit card numbers, or bank details, often leading to fraud, account takeover, or malware installation.

If you get one of these emails asking for information DO NOT reply.  Instead contact the purported sender by other means NOT via replying to that email.
