The Italian American Police Society of New Jersey proudly partnered with Mayor Christopher Chung and the Borough of Palisades Park Council to host an Italian Flag Raising Ceremony in honor of Italian Heritage Month. Society Executive Board member and Palisades Park Police Sergeant Alex Monteleone coordinated the event. Special thanks to Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton for his wonderful tribute to our 1st Vice President, Chief John Lazzara that recently passed away. Thanks also to the Palisades Park High School Italian Club for joining us to celebrate. We look forward to this event again next year!
